Extravagant gala by Eternity

Croatian designers from fashion show and my favorites

On Friday, October 6th, in the magical Governor's Palace was Extravagant Gala by Eterenitye event.
That first night of Rijeka fashion weekend, 12 designers presented their collections for the fall winter 2017/2018.
Below you can check designers and their work and discover my favorites.
I hope you will love Croatian fashion designers and their stories. Enjoy.

Always romantic Boudoir girls opened  Extravagant gala by Eternity evening with their Couture collection.
Presented dresses were sewn with beautiful lace in combination with tiles on which were exported messages,
handmade flowers  and print samples.
Here you can see the whole collection of dresses from the Boudior fairy tale.

Wonderful simple white, midi wrap dress was first dress presented in the Duchess collection
which is also my favorite and I think this dress describes their collection in the best way.
Simple creases, high quality materials and classic, eternal patterns are
 simbols  of their collections.

With the French music in the background, Andy's show started with her amazing  dress – coats  style.
This time she also presented  dresses that were combined with tulle
and then I saw this dress and I immediately realized what is my favorite from Andy.

Somewhere in 2013 I fell in love with Anamria Asanović design, when I saw a beautiful printed shirt and skirt.
Since then Ive been following her work and I was trill that for Extravagant gala she presented  velvet dresses
(my favorite winter dresses), her recognizable floral pattern and polka dot pattern that she put
on skirts and dresses, perfect for the holiday season that we are expecting.
That blue velvet dress is my favorite and you can check her work

Apart from recognizable cocktail dresses, this time Anje Stehlik  complemented her collection with midi dresses.
Polka dot pattern, pink lace, tulle and flowers were the main symbols of Stehlik design.
All dresses can easily find the way to my closet but my favorite one  was a small black dress
over which Anja put  a rich, detail-sewn ruffled flowers along the entire dress and with beautiful sleeves too.

Designer Eni Slošar presented “ Under the skin” collection with black and white world combined
with  feather, tulle an dwith the a focus on a three-dimensional design.
Consistent with her vision and design, she presented dresses that were extravagant  and I was
most impressed with her dress that had a beautiful collar decorated with feathers.
Similar collar design is one of the trends that we expect in the coming months and this edition
is the most extravagant version for a clasic we know, a small black dress.

Day before Rijekas show, Elfs  had amazing fashion show in Zagreb.
Designers Ivan Tandarić and Aleksandar Šekuljica this time remained consistent with their recognizable flower pattern
and they spices up  this collection with beautiful, long,  velvet and silk dresses.
They also presented beautiful skirts, evening dresses and coats.
I fell in love with their long velvet ocher dress. I cant wait to see it in their web shop.

Showroom Antonelas "Amor" collection from  designer Antonela Gregorović was a
combination of lace, red color and the colorful flowers pattern on dresses and shirts.
The whole collection is wearable, whether for business meetings, evening or romantic dinners.
The red dress with the ruffles is a combination of trends for this winter - red and ruffles
and at the same time this model is timeless so  immediately became my favorite.

Hero4heros s  recognizable  glitter pattern was the main symbol of this collection,
presented also on the this year New York Fashion Week.
Gliter pattern Marijana Hero applied on her suits, on a collar of leather jackets, dresses, and bags.
I  fell with love with  the dress presented in New York, combination of a long dress decorated with the glitter on her shoulders.

The "Lusso by all means" collection presented by designer Linda Lukezic
was a wonderful combination of lace and silk.
Feminine design this time has made me even  more happier.
Each piece made of black lace I  would  immediately take to my closet.
Especially combination of  black lace skirt  and red lace top  with thicker
straps that we will soon see more and more in high steet brands.

The collection of designer Milena Kapetanović this time was a combination
of black and pink colors, floral pattern,
tulle and fur. With her tassel dresses Peperoncina  decided to take another bold move.
The lower part of my favorite dress from her colection was decorated with a rich layer of tulle
and she created the ideal dress for a bal evening.
